I've looked over and over again for good cosplay sites and have tried to review them all. I am only going to post the ones that actually impressed me. They may be pricey for some people, but after looking at their gallery of costumes, its worth it.

http://www.cosplaymagic.com Very trusted yahoo seller site. Also another large selection of costumes of all age types. Free shipping to North America, Europe, Canada, and Japan. Each selection also links you up with similar items. Such as character key chain. Very cute.
http://www.mooncostumes.com/ Another extensive gallery, no membership required. Sizes come in xs-3x. A lot of series to choose from.
